- I used to run the farm's accounts.
- [Tristan] You're in safe hands now.
(cat yowls) (Tristan shouts) - [Group] To surviving Siegfried.
- The department of TB testing, please.
- It could mean closing down farms or killing livestock.
(wood thunks) - If infected milk's consumed, it can lead to people dying.
- If we're to win this war against TB, we can't afford any mistakes.
- My husband's a good man, and right now, we need good men more than ever.
- Do you think there will be a war?
- I don't know.
- What will you do if there is?
- Why do you ask?
- I suppose because you always do the right thing.
- I can't lose him.
- Everyone under this roof is in my care.
- You said war damaged Dad.
What if it damages me?
- I've always seen the good in you.
- He's a good man who cares for you.
It don't need to be complicated.
(hopeful, somber music) - This country is at war with Germany.
- I just know I can never forgive myself if I did nothing.
- If anything happened to you, it would be the end of me.
- I've always looked up to you.
I have to go.
- I know.
I'm so damn proud of you.
