Hatch: Roe v. Wade being overturned is ‘false concern'

Will Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh have an easy time being confirmed by the Senate? Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, says he hopes Democrats will be open to voting for him. Hatch joins Judy Woodruff to discuss whether the court with a Justice Kavanaugh would overturn Roe v. Wade, weaken the Affordable Care Act and the issue of whether presidents should be subject to indictment.
